WELCOME TO OUR LISTING :) The Property of this Vacation Home is exclusively rented through the most important platforms and directly manages Reservations, so Availability is constantly updated (it is not necessary to ask for confirmation before making a reservation). The space Vacation home with a living area of about 100 square meters, which is suitable for hosting a maximum of eight people. It's great for one/two families, two/three couples, or singles. Supplied for cleaning: A broom for indoors, one for outdoors, and a dustpan. A bucket, a cloth, and a stick for floors. Free Wi-Fi internet coverage inside and outside (courtyard) of the Vacation Home. Prompt assistance is guaranteed 7 days a week. In our fenced property of about 1000 square meters in total there is also another Vacation Home. Each has an area of about 500 square meters for exclusive and independent use. They only share the main entrance to the car park, so one does not disturb the other. Guest access Casa Vacanza is located in the tourist town of Porto Pino, part of the municipality of Sant'Anna Arresi (SU), which is about 5 km away. We are located in the Province of 'South Sardinia', on the southwest coast of the island. You can reach us through the airport of Cagliari-Elmas which is about 90 km away, through the port of Cagliari which is about 100 km away, or through the ports of Olbia, Porto Torres and Golfo Aranci. The Holiday House is nestled in a forest of 'Pino' trees, so in the summer it remains particularly cool. Just 30 meters away is the Porto Pinetto Natural Beach and a few minutes by foot or by car, the natural beach of Cala su Turcu is just a few minutes away. While in the center of Porto Pino, there is the First and Second Beach, the latter is characterized by the presence of the sand dunes. They can also be reached on foot, or by car. These beaches are free spaces, as well as lounge chairs, umbrellas, bars, and toilets. Between the 'Prima Spiaggia' and the 'Seconda Spiaggia' di Porto Pino there is a beach reserved for 4-legged friends. In the center of Porto Pino there are also several activities, such as market, parapharmacy, ATM, tobacco shop, souvenirs, fishing items, bar, ice cream shop, restaurant, pizzeria. Bicycle, dinghies, and ATV rentals are also available. It is also possible to organize boat and horseback trips. In the surroundings of Porto Pino you can also visit other beaches, archaeological sites, mines, museums, caves. Other things to note NOTES: Pets are allowed. The total cost of the reservation includes the costs of electricity, water, gas, waste disposal, and final cleaning. The total cost of the reservation does not include sheets and towels, which can be brought from home or rented by us at the price of Euro 15 per person (for the entire stay). Check-in is by appointment from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival, at a time agreed with guests, which may vary at the request of both. Depending on the needs of the guests and the property, it can also be done remotely. Check-out is by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. It can be postponed at the request of the guests and approved or not depending on the needs of the property. Reservations/transactions are not made outside of the platforms, as it is prohibited by their regulation. We accept reservations exclusively from May to October.
