Our Chalet Obenland is located on the sunny mountain above the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel in the Kitzbühel Alps. As soon as we look out the window, we feel connected to nature. For many years, we have fallen in love with this piece of paradise again and again: while skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald prospecting, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes. The space You can drive up to the Sonnberg in a few minutes by car. The new driveway is also always open in winter. A corresponding change to Google Maps has been requested! Three booking options: 1. The whole chalet including suite for up to 10 people 2. Only the main house (without suite) up to max. 8 people; 3. Only the Chalet Obenland suite (without main house and without garage) up to max. 2 people - you are here! - Trampoline for young and old (3 m diameter, not in winter) - Gas grill with grill utensils (not in winter) The chalet is divided into two floors, which are connected inside via a spiral staircase and outside via an external staircase. There is also a separately accessible suite with private bathroom (shower and toilet) and private access to the southwestern sun terrace. If you would like to book the entire chalet, the entrance to the house is via the main door on the upper floor, which can be reached from the garage. When you come in, just to the left is a cozy bedroom completely in wood with a small bench, wardrobe and a bunk bed, i.e. a single bed upstairs and an additional single bed downstairs - ideal for children. There is a toilet on the left. Straight ahead you come into the living room with open dining area and separate, fully equipped kitchen with generous pass-through. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed for two people as well as a flat-screen TV (equipped with Amazon FireTV Stick, so that streaming services are accessible). Going down the stairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, and bench. In the larger one there is also a small desk. On this floor you will also find the first bathroom with bathtub and separate shower/toilet. Through the utility room with washing machine and dryer you reach the fantastic south-west terrace overlooking the peaks of the Hohe Tauern National Park. There is a table with a dining area where you can eat outside on nice days. In the garden you will find a fountain with water from a small stream that flows through the property and is a kind of adventure playground for children. From the terrace you can reach the beautiful annex, where you can put ski shoes, etc. in the spacious hallway to dry. Here is a separate suite with panoramic windows, a box spring bed (double bed), a pull-out sofa bed, private kitchenette with refrigerator and seating area, as well as a second bathroom with shower and toilet. Guest access You have access to the outbuilding, the southwest sun terrace and the garden, as well as the two parking spaces in front of the rear garage.
