The space This stunning apartment has recently been renovated with modern furnishings and a new bathroom along with a fully fitted kitchen to include all appliances and utensils. Relax in the living room drinking coffee from our Nespresso machine or enjoy your meal in the dining area. Or even better why not chill out on the balcony. Wifi and Satellite TV is included. Ideal holiday home, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Nearby is the stunning Limassol Marina where you can stroll along the various coffee shops and restaurants. Or why not walk across the road over to the Old Town and enjoy walking through the narrow streets discovering small bars, restaurants, tavernas and coffee shops. The apartment is a few minutes walk to the beach as well as St. Andrew's Street which is a straight walk to the Limassol Castle. Other things to note Kindly note that electricity is included in the price (based on a limit of 15Kwh per day). If consumption is exceeded, the difference will be charged extra at 0.34c per Kwh. The meter is read on arrival and departure. WiFi and water is included (no charge). During the summer season beach towels are provided along with a cooler bag if required. The apartment is non-smoking, however smokers are welcome to use the balcony. It must be noted that although this charming apartment is centrally located close to the popular main seafront road, some guests might experience a level of noise at times during the day/night. The apartment is a self-catering accommodation and we only supply a few essential starter items such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid and sponge for dishes and therefore we are not a hotel. Guests are responsible to purchase everything that they will require during their stay.
