This is a three-bedroom, two-bath lake-front private home in an upscale gated community with resort-style heated pool, spa, large well-equipped fitness center, Tiki Huts and grilling area, playground, computer room and social room with WiFi at the clubhouse and pool. From here it's a 15-20 minute drive to Times Square at Fort Myers Beach, 25 minutes to the Downtown Fort Myers River District, and then just 15-20 minutes to Sanibel Island. There are also numerous nearby shops and services. Sanibel Island is world-famous for its sea shells. Downtown Fort Myers, as noted, has the River District, many diverse restaurants, and the winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, and Harvey Firestone are available for tours. Residence amenities include an enclosed garage, central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry room, and all towels and linens are provided. The main entry is through the front door into a tiled entry foyer which flows into the open-plan dining/living areas and kitchen. There is tile flooring in the living, dining, kitchen, breakfast nook, halls, baths and laundry room, otherwise with carpeting in the remainder of the home. The eat-in kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of cabinets and hard surface counter space and a table seating four. Appliances include a dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, a glass-top range and oven and a built-in above-range microwave oven. There is a peninsular bar with two barstools on the living room side. The adjacent living area is comfortably furnished and has a credenza with large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to the huge furnished lanai with a table seating six overlooking the resort lake. The living area then flows into the dining area with a table seating six. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps and a flat-screen TV. The large en suite bathroom has his and her closets, a vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, a corner walk-in shower, soaking tub and a commode. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a double dresser and a chest with a flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom/den has a pull-down Murphy bed and desk with a chair. The guest bathroom has a vanity with a lavatory, a wall mirror and storage space beneath, a commode and a combination tub/shower.
