#202 at the Ocean Inn, is steps from the pool and parking and has big windows to let in lots of natural light. There isn't a beach view. Full kitchen w/ dishwasher and eat-in area. Additional dining table for larger meals. Have a big crowd of 8? Two families? Consider reserving the neighboring unit and have the upstairs deck/walkway all to yourselves. Pet friendly - fees adjusted according to weight. Isle of Palms Permit: P-00513 Effective 03/25/2025 The space If location is the most important thing to you, this small complex of individually owned condominiums is the perfect spot. This 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is simple, tastefully decorated, and has all your family needs for a great stay at the beach. This upstairs condo, #202 at the Ocean Inn, is just steps from the pool and parking and has big windows to let in lots of natural light. It faces southwest so our gorgeous lowcountry sunsets pour right through the window. There isn't a beach view but if you look sideways out the bedroom windows you can see a smidgen of the view in front. No sleeping in for the teenagers though - each of the bedrooms also has a big bright window to let you know when it's time to start the day. With their tall ceilings and bright natural light the bedrooms feel much bigger than they are. The bedrooms are small but they are big enough for a comfy bed and good night's sleep. (You know you won't be in there much anyway.) The full kitchen is stocked with dishware, glassware, pots and pans and baking dishes. With all the fabulous cuisine on the island, in Charleston and in the surrounding areas, you might never need to cook much but it's handy to have what you need for simple breakfasts and easy meals. Speaking of cuisine, the restaurants on the Island are popular among tourists and locals alike. All within a 3-block radius, the Isle of Palms business area has restaurants and shops, moped rental, spa, and even a computer repair shop. This complex sits smack dab in the middle of all of it! A little further away, but still walking distance, is the grocery store, a "red dot" ABC store (that's southern speak for Liquor Store) a vet clinic, a dentist, and more. None of our restaurants on the IOP close for the winter but it's definitely busier here in the Summer when the bar and live music scene is going on strong with nightly music playing. If you plan ahead you might be able to get some tickets to a show at the Windjammer, an Isle of Palms venue that has a beachfront bar/food by day and bar/music by night. Coconut ', The Dinghy, The Refuge all have music as well. Guest access Guests will receive email from Dreams N Druthers 7 days before arrival with specific instructions for entry. Parking passes are required and are also sent by email. Check in is 4pm, check out is 10am. Because there are always maintenance needs in our properties, check in times are not always flexible regardless of availability on the previous nights of arrival. If by chance the property is ready early, you will receive a text either the day before or the day of arrival. We do try to allow early access when we can. Other things to note ** COMMUNICATION: as an integrated partner on this booking site, please be aware that all future communications will come from Dreams N Druthers. Please be on the lookout. ** E-SIGNATURE CONTRACT: In addition to any contract you may have signed through an integrated partner (such as AIRBNB/VRBO). We require our own E-Signed contract to complete your booking. This allows us to include additional details we are unable to elsewhere. *** CANCELLATION POLICY - Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. WE ABIDE BY ALL CANCELLATION POLICIES. Trip insurance is available and strongly encouraged. **MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed. **PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances **MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you. ** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment. ** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests. **SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas. **NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
