You get easy proximity without the noise of large high-rise properties. Located 1.5 miles from the heart of Gulf Shores, you’re close enough for restaurants, shopping, and local favorites — yet positioned in a quieter stretch of West Beach. Waves Grocery, Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails, and S&S Seafood are within walking distance. THE SPACE Inside you’ll find a bright, well-maintained condo intentionally designed for comfort and function: • Queen bedroom with fresh linens and quality pillows • Living area with sofa bed for an additional guest • Fully updated kitchen stocked for real cooking (plus local coffee) • Custom mermaid walk-in shower — a guest favorite • Smart TV, WiFi, and dedicated workspace • Digital guidebook with local recommendations • Optional beach chair and umbrella rentals for an easy day on the sand Guests consistently comment on the cleanliness and communication — and we work hard to keep it that way. PET FRIENDLY WITH STANDARDS Well-cared-for dogs are welcome. Beach trips are better when no one gets left behind. While Gulf Shores does not allow dogs directly on the beach, there are nearby walking areas and a comfortable home base waiting for them. A $150 pet fee applies.
