The upstairs master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The great room has an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with a 70" TV, perfect for cozy conversations and creating memories. Enjoy two decks on the upper floor, including a large south deck with BBQ, and high-top bar on the north deck with views of the harbour and mountains. The lower level has 2 king bedrooms with a shared bathroom. After a day at the beach, warm up in the barrel cedar sauna and then rinse off in the outdoor shower. Local artists artwork adorns the walls in all rooms of the house. The master bedroom has a sliding door to the north deck area with bar-top seating and the southern facing deck has a large raised table to dine at during fair weather days. Guest access For ease of use the home has self-check-in so you can arrive at your convenience. The code will be provided to the guest prior to check in. Other things to note Host Rules: Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation. Age min: must be 25 years or older to book. Guest Limit: As per Tofino Bylaws, a maximum of 6 guests (including babies and children) are allowed. If a reservation exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave. During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments. 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays. Pet Policy: Sorry no pets allowed! Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals! Cancellation Policy • 30-day notice required for a full refund. • Cancellations within the 30 days: Non-refundable. Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay. Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
