No jumping in the pool from any place. - No standing, jumping from, touching or interacting with the waterfall and it's parts. - No standing, sitting or walking on Pool Heater Solar Panels. - No parking on grass, it is against HOA rules. Follow the path around the water fountain and you will see the front door entrance with smart lock keypad. Your code for the Smart Lock is XXXX#. When you arrive to the home, tap the keypad on the door until the keypad lights up. Enter your code XXXX# (DON'T FORGET THE # KEY) To LOCK the door, touch the keypad until it lights up, then press and hold the # key.
