Guest Registration & Additional Guest Fee The nightly rate includes up to 4 registered overnight guests. For reservations with more than 6 guests, Airbnb automatically adds a fee of $15 per additional guest, per night. This allows smaller groups to enjoy a more affordable rate while accounting for the additional laundry, supplies, utilities, and property use associated with larger groups. All overnight guests, including children, must be included in the reservation’s guest count. If your group changes after booking, please contact us before arrival so we can approve the change and update your reservation through Airbnb. The property’s maximum occupancy is 12 people. Unregistered overnight guests and visitors are not permitted without prior host approval. 📋 Important Information To ensure every guest enjoys their stay and to protect the property, please review our house rules before booking. • Maximum occupancy is 12 people on the property at any time unless approved by the host. • All overnight guests must be included in the reservation before arrival. • Day visitors require prior host approval and applicable visitor fees. • Unauthorized visitors or unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. • No parties or events. • Quiet hours must be observed. • Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for guest safety and reservation verification. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas. We're always happy to answer any questions before your stay and look forward to hosting you! Breaking of any of these house rules will result in the cancellation of your reservation and immediate guest eviction from the property with NO refund. -No unauthorized/unregistered Visitors/Guests without prior approval from host. Visitor fee: $20/visitor/day Extra Guest fee: $30/Guest/night -MAX Property occupancy is 12 people and 2 pets AT ALL TIMES! ONLY registered guests/visitors are allowed on the property! -Tampering with security or safety devices ( security cameras, WiFi router, smoke alarms, etc) have a fine of $500 and eviction! - Pool safety is a high priority for all guests. Life vests are available. No jumping in the pool from any place. - No standing, jumping from, touching or interacting with the waterfall and it's parts. - No standing, sitting or walking on Solar Panels. - No parking on grass, it is against HOA rules. No cars allowed inside of the garage. Please be safe and responsible! Guest access Upon your arrival to the property: When you pull into the driveway, you enter the home to your left. Follow the path around the water fountain and you will see the front door entrance with smart lock keypad. Your code for the Smart Lock is XXXX#. When you arrive to the home, tap the keypad on the door until the keypad lights up. Enter your code XXXX# (DON'T FORGET THE # KEY) To LOCK the door, touch the keypad until it lights up, then press and hold the # key. (Don't forget the # key) This code will become ACTIVE at Check-In and stay active until Check-Out. If you should have any trouble checking in, please reach out and I will be happy to assist. Safe Travels! Other things to note This home is one side of a duplex. You will have an exclusive and private backyard, private pool, private front yard, private driveway, and private garage for your use. There is no shared amenities. We love Florida living and all that comes with it....even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here in Florida including insects, reptiles, birds and more. While we do have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors & windows closed and keeping food stored & sealed properly are ways to ensure a little lizard or other friend won't come in =•) By booking and staying at this property, guests acknowledge and agree that the use of the pool is at their own risk. The property owner is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or fatalities that may occur during the stay. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their accompanying guests, including children. The property owner will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from the use of the pool or any other facilities on the premises.
