Mid Century Guest House with a Lake View!

Welcome to the Mid Century Guest House located in the Oaks next to Glenhaven, Ca! Built in the 1960's, Perched above the Lake for that Beautiful Mt Konocti View! Close to Wineries, Restaurants, boat launch parks , Hiking and soo much more!!! There is a two Person Cool Tub on the Patio during the Hot Weather, and a BBQ outside for Grilling!There is Private Parking, Fast wifi 130 Mbps, smart TV!! The Space is the size of a Motel Room, and a Laundry room on Premises ! Note: Sorry, No Dogs. The space The Guest house is over 60 years old, so it has some Old School feel to it! There are times when a small branch might drop or Turkey might jump on the roof...It's all good... you're Safe!! The Guesthouse is small, about the size of a Hotel room. There is an extra cot and linens, just in case. There is a seating area on the patio and by the palm tree, and at night, the lights come on along the walk ways and under the Palm Tree! The outdoor Furniture can be moved for your convenience. The Summer Nights are warm and sitting out with a Cocktail or in the Cool tub (June-Sep.) In the Fall and Winter, a BBQ for Grilling can make for awesome memories!! It does Rain and get chilly in the Winter, so, please check out the DVDs available or enjoy the Guest Netflix! Guest access You can make yourself at home and enjoy the Palm tree court yard, patio with the Cool tub (In the Summer Hot Weather) ICE Tub upon request (Bring Ice bags) and BBQ! There are extra garbage and recycling bins outside the front door. The on site parking is big enough for a boat and truck in case you plan to go fishing!! Please give notice if you have a Boat. Small beach access near by for Kayaks! There are Movies available on the listing, just let me know and I'll have them ready! When checking out, tidy up the room, Clean the dishes, leave laundry in the basket, and leave the key on the counter! Other things to note Although it's pretty quite at night, you may hear a branch or the wildlife grazing through...don't let it bother you, be excited if you can see them!
