If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines. *There can be no boats, jet skis, or golf carts in eye sight of this community. Guests must put them in storage, or fit them properly in the garage.
