Other things to note Please note that we have a 2 dog per reservation maximum and we have a pet fee of $200 per reservation to pay for additional cleaning. Please note that this pet fee price does not include Airbnb taxes and fees. Please note that we have hot tub maintenance weekly and they typically come the home on Friday. We do not have an exact time they will arrive but if guests are at the home to they will typically knock on the door to let the guests know that they are there. Please note that we ask guests to do their dishes and start the dishwasher prior to checkout. Not doing so can result in an additional charge as determined by our cleaner.
