Train lovers will enjoy watching the train go by! Please see additional info in details & pictures. The space This is the only home on the property. Guests will have full access of the home and yard. The front porch is a great place to sit and watch the train go by or just enjoy the view of the Grand Mesa and orchard. There is a mud room with washer/dryer. The farmhouse kitchen features original cabinets, vintage farmhouse sink, stove/oven and refrigerator (no dishwasher). The bathroom has a walk-in shower along with an antique pedestal sink. There is a private bedroom with a full size bed and closet. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed, dresser and closet. The access to the 3rd bedroom is through the 2nd (SEE FLOOR LAYOUT IN PICTURES). The 3rd bedroom is cozy and features a vaulted ceiling, full size vintage iron bed and dresser. The living room is combined with a dining area. There is a table and 4 chairs, desk, couch, sofa and tv. The home is located by the TRAIN TRACKS & CROSSING. When the train goes by it is loud and will go by multiple times, day and night. This is also a working orchard so at time there might be someone or a group of people irrigating, tending the trees, spraying, or if they are ready, picking peaches.
