If you and your family are looking for a fun lake getaway - this is the place! Easy to get to on paved road and is only 5 minutes from I-81 (30 minutes to Virginia Tech and 15 minutes to Radford University). This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom lake house will meet all of your needs when staying with family and friends - spacious deck, dock for swimming and fishing, paddle board/kayak, easy access to rent a boat/jet ski and plenty of space for outdoor fun with family and friends! NO pets are allowed! The space Home has 4 bedrooms that are all of good size. Master bedroom has a king bed with it's own bathroom. All of the other bedrooms have a queen bed and one of the queen rooms has twin bunk beds as well. All bathrooms have been upgraded and fully renovated in 2024. Living area, dining and kitchen are all open and creates a nice open area for spending time with friends and family. The house next door can accommodate 4 people and is a 2 bedroom 2 bath, 1 level home. The home is family member owned and we can help with accommodations between the two homes. Guest access Guests will have access to entire house. Other things to note Boat and seadoos are not to be used. If you'd like to rent a boat or other water vessel, you may from the local state park or other local marinas. Details can be provided regarding those rentals. Life jackets are not provided and you should bring your own for all who need them.
