Spacious restored house; private terrace garden with children's games trampoline, large 18x4 m pool. Perfect family or friends for a quiet holiday, bucolic place! The cottage is located within our farm "aux Sources de Mirmande", in Organic Agriculture, in a protected environment. Animals: adorable dogs, cats, chickens, horses, donkeys... and a great biodiversity that we seek to preserve (reasonable mowing, waste compost, flowers for pollinators, etc.) The space Real living and dining, large equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with 10 beds: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds convertible into 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 extra folding bed (11th person), 1 bedroom with 4 single beds. Possibility of 2 cribs, childcare equipment. Comfortable. Quiet location in nature, within a farm of organic farming, relaxation and pleasure. Guest access Private garden terrace with arbor and garden furniture; enclosed garden and pool in common with the owners. Possibility of pétanque play, ping pong. Hiking trails at the foot of the house. Other things to note Attention: cleaning not included (flat fee of 60 euros extra optional). Rental for 2 nights minimum. Rental possible from any day of the week, at your choice, for a rental of at least 7 days. For the sake of economy for those who prefer this solution, the sheets are not included in the price but their rental is possible (5 euros per bed 2 places, 4 euros per bed 1 place). Bathroom towel rental: 3 euros per towel. Check in is after 6pm, checkout is before 12pm. PLEASE NOTE: if you book a weekend and there is no tenant after you, you can leave the cottage at a time of your choice, upon request! The tourist tax is a mandatory supplement that I have included in the rental price (1 euro /person and /day, only for those over 18 years old). For you a better comfort during your stay or help you in your ecological commitment, we offer you: - The FULL FRIDGE option: We do the groceries before you come to make sure you need the products you'll need in your kitchen. Bakery products, fruits and vegetables, meat, dairy products... We buy what you ask us, in the stores of your choice. We have close to an excellent organic bakery (L 'Estrelo, in Mirmande), an organic producer shop (A Travers Champs, in Loriol), a supermarket (Leclerc, in Saulce), and of course jams, eggs, fruits and vegetables available on the farm! Price: 0.5 euros per reference in store + grocery amount - The Transfer option: We will pick you up or take you back to Loriol, Valence or Montélimar train station by 8-seater car. We can also take you shopping. Quote upon request. - The Bike Rental option: Bikes can be hired through a service provider. We are in a hilly area, renting an e-bike can be quite considered!
