Description
Farm grain bin that has been converted into a rustic and unique living space. Located just off of Interstate 44 on Old Route 66 in Phillipsburg. On the same exit as Redmon’s Candy Factory and Gift Store. Only 11 miles to Bennett Springs State Park and 13 miles to Lebanon. The space Spacious, rustic, and authentic grain bin. Attention has been paid to detail to make it authentic, but very livable. Would be perfect for families, couples, or fishermen visiting Bennett Springs. Located on Old Route 66 where the Midway Cafe and Motel once was. The Midway was a stopping point for 66 travelers and it has been rumored that Bonnie and Clyde stayed the night there. The bin has one loft bedroom with a queen bed and a pull out sofa that converts to a queen bed. A full bathroom with shower. A kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Boat Town Brewery is located 5 miles up the road and the Rocking Chair Restaurant is located 5 miles down the road. We live just down the gravel road on the adjoining farm and are available if a need arises. We have three children and love to travel and stay new places. We built the bins with families in mind. We hope you are able to enjoy them and have a memorable stay. Other things to note 45 miles to Fort Leonard Wood and 35 miles to Springfield
