This spacious 2,616 sq. ft. retreat features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The main level boasts two primary suites with king beds, a full-size luxury kitchen, a formal living area, a powder room, and a private patio with an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, and seating. On the lower level, you'll find a cozy den, a guest bathroom, and two guest bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two queen-over-queen bunk beds—plus a private laundry room. Perfectly positioned in Silverthorne, the home offers effortless access to world-class ski resorts including Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapaho Basin, and Vail, as well as year-round recreation including hiking, biking, and lake activities. Every detail of your stay has been considered, with each home stocked with essential starter supplies and high-quality linens to ensure a seamless arrival experience. Guests also enjoy full access to Summit Sky Ranch’s resort-style amenities, including the Aspen House, heated pool (open all year round), hot tubs, lake, and inviting community spaces throughout the neighborhood. Please note these amenities are shared and located within the community, not at the home itself. The Aspen House features an outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, fitness center, wellness room, community lounge, and outdoor fire pit. The Lake House offers additional hot tubs, fire pits, grills, and access to Lake Everist for fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
