Luxurious 3BR Oceanfront Villa - New Bathrooms!

Welcome to South Pointe Villa - your home away from home! This newly renovated 3 bed, 3 full bath 2-story Oceanfront Villa features spectacular views of the sparkling turquoise water & steps to 2 sandy beaches! This bright corner suite boasts nearly 2000 sq ft of living space, large corner windows with unobstructed ocean views & large bedrooms (2 Master suites)! The Kitchen is fully equipped with all your daily essentials. Enjoy the convenience of Central A/C, 3 TV's with Firesticks, Wifi & BBQ! The space *ONLY a 2hr 40 minute flight from Toronto! Direct flights are available via West Jet (Sunwing) year-round on Saturdays! These flights book up FAST! Connecting flights are available year round too on ALL days of the week; Toronto to Nassau then Nassau to Grand Bahama (a quick layover then 30 minute flight via Bahamasair). Flight time from Florida is approximately 30 minutes OR a 2.5hr (approx) ferry ride from Ft Lauderdale which operates 2x a week! Check out the Balearia Caribbean for the ferry schedule. If you need any other info, don't hesitate to ask! Our villa is located only 10 minutes from Grand Bahama airport and a little less than 15 minutes from the ferry port - very convenient for you after your travels! South Pointe Villa is literally less than 100 steps away from *TWO pristine sandy beaches*, please see photos for exact location! We also provide our guests with beach chairs and beach towels for your use during your stay - a small touch we felt would help make your stay fabulous! Our gorgeous villa is oceanfront/beachfront. There is a break wall right at the bottom (to protect the building from water during high tide). You can most definitely jump in the sparkling turquoise water directly behind our unit, but there are TWO *pristine* sandy beaches 100 steps away (see photos)! The coral reef is further out and many people snorkel around there too. The break wall in front of our unit actually provides separation from the water for small kids. You can set up your beach chairs and hang out there as well. Walk down directly off the main floor balcony, and your toes are near the waters edge in less than 20 seconds! Our Villa complex also has hoses for sandy feet and an outdoor shower! Let's not forget the spectacular pool with spill-over ledge! Palette Bar is located steps away - however, they are only *opened seasonally* now and have changed their schedule. If being able to walk to dining is important to you, please check their website ahead of booking to ensure they are open during your planned visit. The Galley restaurant is another fantastic dining option. It’s about a 2-4 minute drive from the Villa on the other side of the canal. Delicious food and beautiful ambiance - this is one of our favourites! There’s also a Stop N Shop up the street - they have the necessities, it’s about a 2 minute drive from the Villa. Otherwise, all other restaurants and shops are a 10 minute drive from the Villa. There’s also a new app called KRAVEN where you can order food directly to the Villa! We always recommend renting a car during your stay - as the majority of restaurants, etc are about 5-10 minutes away with a car. We get our guests DISCOUNTED rates ($) on rentals and we also have a fantastic taxi service we can recommend as well. Lots of options for getting around easily! This newly renovated villa is fresh, bright, and welcoming; making it feel just like your home away from home! The views are absolutely spectacular, and being a corner unit further enhances the unobstructed ocean views. We designed this space to be relaxing and comfortable for all of our guests, as providing an elevated guest experience is our top priority! The large ocean front Master features its own private balcony with comfortable patio furniture, King size bed, dresser, NEW smart TV (logged in to Amazon Prime; you're welcome to log in to your own Netflix, etc!), large walk-in closet and private ensuite with jetted tub. The private balcony off the Master is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise! Bedroom 2 is a secondary Master suite, with King size bed, TV (loaded with a Firestick), dresser, large walk-in closet and private ensuite with large walk-in shower. The oversized windows let in plenty of natural sunlight. Bedroom 3 is on the main floor, and features a Queen size bed and dresser. The large window lets in plenty of natural light - this space really does feel bright and fresh! The Villa is also equipped with a Graco Pack 'N Play for your use during your stay! With two adjustable levels; lower for toddlers and higher for infants. We also have two sets of sheets that fit the Pack 'N Play as well. We also have a toddler blow up bed with side rails! Please note, these items are locked up and must be requested when booking! The Main floor features a FULL 3pc bathroom with shower (located close to bedroom 3) and plenty of seating - making it more than comfortable for you and your family! The Living room is stylish and comfortable, and our NEW TV is loaded with a Firestick for your entertainment. The Dining room seats 6, and has an extension piece should you need to make it bigger. Enjoy gorgeous unobstructed ocean views from the main floor; only offered from this one-of-a-kind corner unit! The Kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials; cooking oils, spices, salt/pepper, coffee, tea and sugar! Enjoy use of our coffee maker, espresso machine, frying pans, pots, electric kettle, cutting boards, toaster, pizza/lasagna trays, large serving utensils, wine glasses plates, cups, mugs, plastic outdoor glasses/plates - the list goes on and on! We also have toddler plates and plastic cups. Enjoy the convenience of in-suite laundry; a full washer and dryer are ready for your use, along with soaps and detergents! The Main floor features an oversized private outdoor patio with spectacular corner views as well. Enjoy direct beach access right from the balcony. Fire up the BBQ and grill the day away! We also provide BBQ utensils for your grilling convenience. The views off this balcony simply cannot be beat, and we've been told that these are THE best views on Grand Bahama Island... we most definitely agree! Lay back, enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset in the evening - it'll be a sight you'll never forget. ** Our condo villa complex has a backup generator as well!! We believe this is essential, especially when travelling during rainy season! ** There are plenty of things to do on Grand Bahama island! You're only a 10 minute drive away from Port Lucaya Marketplace, which is the largest open air facility in the Bahamas! There are many stores, restaurants and bars/lounges for late night entertainment. Whether you are looking for a casual or formal dinner - the list of restaurants are plentiful. You will also find popular North American food chains including Burger King, Domino's Pizza, KFC, Wendy's and Pizza Hut which are a short drive away. There are plenty of excursions for the whole family... Swimming with the Pigs, Blue Hole Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Underwater Cave Explorations, UNEXSO Dolphin Adventures and Ziplining at Pirate's Cove - it's literally family fun for EVERYONE!
