The Guest Suite is located behind the main house. Guests will have total privacy and occupancy of the one bedroom one bathroom unit. Washer and Dryer are available in the unit. I will be available at all times by phone and occasionally in person. I live in the home next door to the guest suite. The Grant Neighborhood has many 100+-year-old homes and its a short walk to the State Capital Building and Saturday Market! Bus Route run at Capital Street just one block away, UBER and LIFT are available at all times. The driveway is available for parking and is first come first serve. If you need to park on the street during business hours there is a guest Parking pass near the entryway table to use. *Please remember to return it back where you got it before you depart!
