The space The house is very spacious (400m2) and has 6 beautiful bedrooms, each with a shower/bathroom and wc. Our fully equipped kitchen for a large group (2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, 2 ceramic hobs) is open to a large dining room, right next to a large and comfortable living room. Our beautiful garden is fenced and we have a very large fully covered terrace (100m2) which allows you to enjoy the outdoors in all weathers. Guest access Travelers have access to the entire accommodation and its outdoor spaces Other things to note The rental price includes cleaning costs. The following charges are to be paid on site: - electricity consumption (price/Kwh applicable on the date of your stay) - consumption of water (7€/night) - consumption of firewood (15€/lot) - consumption bag of pellets (price/bag applicable on the date of your stay) - tourist tax of 1€/person/night - waste management tax of €1/person/night - tax for animals (maximum 2) of 15€/animal/night A deposit of 450€ is requested upon your arrival.
