The master suite has an immaculate loft and breathtaking view of the lake. The outdoor patio is a focal point of the entire property! It's outdoor kitchen and lounging areas will be where everyone will want to hang out! The outdoor fountain is quite spectacular as well. Available on site are 2 pontoon boats, 3 ATV's and 2 jet ski's available to rent exclusively to our Grand Pokegama Estate guests for an additional charge. Liability waivers will need to be signed on site. The Estate is protected with exterior security cameras so rest assured that you are in a safe, secluded and private location. Guests will have full access to the property. Please note that there may be groundskeepers taking care of the landscaping or other light maintenance work during your stay.
