It is by far the best for peace and calm... total tranquility! After a short easy drive off the main highway the gorgeous and very comfortable log home comes into view on a private treed driveway. Beyond enjoying the warm and expansive home with all the amenities and a spacious deck with a nice grassy lawn leading down to the water, the only thing we find difficult during our stay is to take our eyes off the amazing views of the beautifully flowing sky blue river. My husband believes this is the best spot to catch steel head salmon! I will never forget a morning during one of our stays when he went out before breakfast to do a little fishing and arrived back at the door in about 10 min. with a huge fish on the end of his line. I immediately readied the the frying pan for his catch! If you are looking for a totally peaceful setting or a get away to remember with an easy drive.... this is it! Always our first choice for a most wonderful and memorable escape! "
