Guest access Guests can park either by taking the first driveway and parking near the front door, or by taking the second driveway and parking in front of the garage (sorry no garage access). There is a studio on the property that is vacant, unless guests are not present! If parked by the front door, there is a nearby NEMA 14-50 240v outlet that can be used to charge your electric car - if you have the right adapter. There is also a standard 110v 15a outlet nearby. Other things to note * In the winter, The Lake Tahoe region sees snowstorms that may impact your travels. In the summer and fall, there may be wildfires or wildfire smoke. These known seasonal events are not covered under Extenuating Circumstances and there are NO refunds for these natural weather conditions.
