There is a fire pit in the yard for night time actives. 30 night minimum stay. The stove is easy to lite and the direction for counter top over are in the draw. This is an old house that's being upgraded all the time. A new queen size bed has been added that makes 2 queen beds. The back deck has awesome mountain views. You can hike from the house to the beautiful Kaaterskill falls or into the state park where you can swim, fish or boat also. The roof has just been replaced and the front porch painted to mention just a couple of things. The interior painting has been completed in the kitchen, upstairs bathroom and bedroom along with other interior and exterior projects
