Signing the agreement is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions. *Abbey Springs charges daily guest passes to use amenities. The pass prices are based on length of stay as well as max occupancy and are included in the fees section of the total reservation cost. *Please note that Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of your rental home. *Guest Pass Policy: Guest passes are non-transferable. If you wish to switch a pass to a different guest during your stay, the exchange must be completed at the guard house. The original pass must be turned in, and a new pass will be issued to the new guest. *Please note golf cart is available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Use is not guaranteed outside of these dates. Must be 18 years or older with valid driver’s license to operate. *Bookings made within 72 hours of check-in incur an additional $100 fee. Additional Fees: Early Check-In – $75 (based on availability) Late Check-Out – $75 (based on availability) *Lost and Found – If you left something behind, please contact us.
