Our Family Home is located in the village of LOURMARIN, belonging to the label "the most beautiful villages in France". Its location on the main street allows you to leave the cars in the garages (private/secured) to enjoy the village on foot with its picturesque alleys and shops. While the village's liveliness has its charm, the quiet environment of the house (not semi-detached and not shared) and its gardens will allow you to enjoy a relaxing stay. The space "La Maison du Village – Lourmarin" is available in 3 options ("M" with 4 beds; "L" with 6 beds and "XL" with 8 beds. The proposal you choose will be for your private use and will not be shared with other tenants. Here, nothing is imposed on you, according to your desires you will taste the calm of the property or the life of the village. This "M" proposal (1 accommodation - sleeps 4 - 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms – 3 toilets), offers a rental of 125 m² that is spread over 3 levels. GROUND FLOOR Here, all rooms have direct access to the terrace which is the central location of the property. A link between the different levels and buildings, it is also a lookout point over the pool and gardens as well as the place of conviviality where everyone meets. - Terrace: Sheltered from the wind and in the shade of large parasols, you will take your meals there. At your disposal: > table for 10/12 guests and chairs > electric plancha with utensils > umbrellas and lights for dinner, - The kitchen, in Provençal style, is equipped with modern comforts and has all the necessities (utensils, dishes and equipment including US fridge with unlimited ice). It has direct access to the outdoor terrace (French window). - The living and dining room for moments of conviviality. They have direct access to the outdoor terrace (sliding glass bay window). The TV/video package is at your disposal with high-speed internet – 75 Mbits available minimum! – and Wi-Fi accessible at all points in the house. On this floor you will also find: - 1 "guest" WC - A secure private garage, and communicating with the accommodation. In Lourmarin, it is a necessary luxury that will make you forget your vehicle during the holidays! Possibility to rent a 2nd garage with identical characteristics (OPTION ON REQUEST with additional charge). THE GARDEN LEVEL Accessible by the exterior staircase, you will enjoy a space of 400 m² where the pool, its beach and gardens are located. Direct access to this level is secured for children by the presence of a gate equipped with a double-action security lock and lockable by key. - The heated pool* (8x4 m - depth from 1.1 m to 1.5 m) allows both young and old to swim and play with pleasure. Signed "Jacques Brens", you benefit from the quality of finish and the finesse of its marble powder coating (glass-coat). For moments of conversation or relaxation, a large submerged bench, facing the sun and equipped with a spa system, awaits you. Its continuous sunshine and the absence of neighbors will allow you to enjoy it in peace and freedom. (*included in the rental for the months of July and August, pool heating is possible depending on the weather from April to October as an OPTION ON REQUEST, the additional charge varies depending on the rental period). - the Pool Beach: to enjoy it, sun loungers are at your disposal. You can install them in the shade of parasols and trees in the garden or to fully enjoy the sun of Provence, by the pool, on the paved solarium and on the lawn. - Solar Shower : for hygiene and refreshing pleasure - Garden furniture: can accommodate 10/12 people, it will allow you to share good moments of conviviality. Located sheltered from the terrace, you will enjoy it at all hours of the day and night, whatever the weather. - the Landscaped Garden: all around, it is enclosed and secure and is offered to you in a rare space in the heart of the village! - The laundry room is only accessible by the interior staircase. You will find at your disposal: > washer and dryer > ironing board and steamer > clothes drying rack and various storage > Baby equipment (high chair, cot bed, etc.) THE FLOOR Accessible from the ground floor by the interior wooden staircase, this level is entirely dedicated to the "night" space. In this 2-bedroom offer, we offer access to "The Master Suite" and the choice between "The Modular Room" and "The Suite": - The Master Suite - Bedroom 1 (20 m² – garden side): > Queen size double bed (160 x 200) with bedside tables and remote-controlled ceiling fan > Wardrobe and drawer storage > Bathroom with toilet, private and independent (large walk-in shower + sink + storage + hairdryer). - Choice 1: "The Modular Room" (16 m² – garden side) > 2 twin beds (90 x 190 cm) or 1 double bed (180 x 190 cm), > dressing area > storage shelves and drawers > remote-controlled ceiling fan The bathroom (bath-shower + double sinks + storage + hairdryer) which is located on the landing is for the private use of this room. NOTE: in this choice 1, the 3rd bedroom - "The Suite" - is not accessible. - Choice 2: "The Suite" (16 m² – street side) > 1 double bed (140 x 190) with bedside tables and remote-controlled ceiling fan > dressing area and drawer storage > shower room area (vanity unit with storage, shower and hairdryer) NOTE: in this choice 2, the 3rd bedroom - "The Modular Room" - is not accessible and the bathroom which is located on the landing is for limited use of the toilet water point. - separate toilet on the landing. All rooms are fully renovated and each room has a window. SERVICES INCLUDED in this rental: - Concierge who will answer your questions and provide you with technical assistance if necessary IN the house (note that the concierge is developing an offer of "on-demand services" not included in this rental), - Household linen (bed-toilet-table-pool in season): provision and maintenance when it is in a normal state of dirt (extra charge per item if abnormal dirt). - Cleaning: complete cleaning of the house at the end of the stay when the state of dirt is normal (supplement to the time spent if abnormal dirt). For stays of 2 weeks or more, additional weekly cleaning of wet rooms (kitchen, shower room and toilet). - Equipment available: standing fan, cot with linen and high chair for baby, games and toys, etc. The house is comfortably heated, if necessary.
