Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, our cozy hideaway is the perfect spot for your next getaway! 🏡✨ Downtown Sylva: Explore charming shops, cafes, and local breweries. Western Carolina University: Explore the beautiful campus, attend exciting events, or visit the Fine Art Museum. Tuckaseegee River: Kayak, fish, or simply relax by the water's edge. The space On the lower, main, living area of our home you will find the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and bathroom with a private sliding door that leads out to the deck over looking the river. On this same floor you will find a second bedroom with a queen bed, the upper loft of our home you will find a double (full) sized bed and two XL twin beds. We do have a pack & play available. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for some home cooked meals. Cable & Smart TVs are there for your leisure. Wi-Fi is some of the fastest in the area! We are a work from home family, so we have the amenities that we would like to have while at the river house. Dedicated desk, plugs, Wi-Fi, comfy chair, etc. The outdoor living space below the home of what sets this home apart. You will find a table, three swings and seating area to relax, grill and fire pit. Guest access Self check-in via keypad on the door. Other things to note Additional Important: We offer a flexible pet policy. Please reach out with any questions concerning if your pet meets the qualifications for the home. This is our 2nd home and we have children that are allergic to dogs. Upon Check-Out: Place all linens in the hall bathroom floor Load and start dishwasher (making sure the dishwasher door is tightly closed) Take out the trash and place it in the trash cans by the mailbox and replace clips to keep lid closed. As with any home in the mountains, cell phone service will depend on your carrier. AT&T has been great for us, however, cannot speak for any others. Great news if you connect to Wi-Fi you shouldn’t have any issue regardless. We are located only a short 5 minute drive to Ingles and 7 minutes to our local Walmart.
