Come stay in our bright beautiful cottage. We’re located in Edna Valley on 2.5 acres. The cottage is behind our home, tucked away and private. There are two bedrooms (king bed in primary room, twin beds in 2nd bedroom) and one bathroom. A beautiful sunroom with dining table and cozy corner spot for reading. This 1200 square foot back house is fresh and clean with comfortable beds and space to relax. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and there’s also a mattress with extra bedding available. You’ll enter from a private pathway and have the entire space to yourself. You’ll be able to come and go as you please, undisturbed. We are 1.3 miles from Tolosa Winery, 5 miles from Cal Poly and 6 miles from Avila Beach. There are hiking trails nearby—Johnson Ranch is one of our favorites and it’s 2.5 miles from the cottage. You’ll have a private pathway and door code to enter the cottage. You’ll have full use of the house—bedrooms, kitchen and back patio. We live on the property and have a dog who’s with us inside unless we’re enjoying the backyard with him. We live on the property and are available to help answer questions. There is plenty of free parking if you have a car. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible from the cottage. It’s also easy to have food delivered. The closest grocery store is 1.5 miles away.
