Third Reef - Oceanfront House on Harbour Island

Third Reef is a 5-bedroom beachfront home with private access to the famed pink sands of Harbour Island. It has been recently renovated with spectacular views of the ocean. The main house is 3 bedroom 2 bath, and a new cottage is two bed and two bath. Please note that the neighboring property of Third Reef is currently under construction. We have had no issues so far but we cannot promise if our neighbor's project will have an impact on your stay. The space Located on the southern stretch of the beach, the jewel of Third Reef is the large deck providing both shady and sunny spots to take in majestic, panoramic views of the ocean, as well with a spectacular outdoor shower. Step down your private stairs to the beach. Read under the dedicated thatched umbrella, wade into the crystal clear water, snorkel in the nearby reef or simply stroll the soft sand. This is where you come to leave it all behind. The main house sleeps six in three bedrooms (king, king, 2 twin) with two updated bathrooms and a large open living area featuring a newly renovated kitchen. We have added a two bedroom cottage! A separate cottage sleeps four in two bedrooms (king, king) and two shower bathrooms. We think you'll like it. The cottage is only available to rent with the main house. We are open to renting only the main house for smaller groups in the offseason (3 bedroom 2 bathroom). Please message for rates and availability. A recently expanded garden-facing porch provides additional seating and an outdoor dining option as well as a ping pong table for settling family grudges. House includes: A/C, Starlink Wifi & brand new generator as well as small but meaningful touches like All Clad pots/pans, John Robshaw duvets, a shelf of games/puzzles and lots of lounge chairs. So tilt your hat back, pour yourself a drink and listen to the waves as you relax and recharge. Harbour Island amenities include: fine dining, local restaurants, fishing (bone, deep sea, etc…), scuba diving, snorkeling, and, of course, the world-renown pink sands beach with stunning turquoise waters. Perfect for romantic getaways as well as family vacations. This is where memories are made.
