We hope you find our home a comfortable and inspiring retreat! Santa Cruz County STR Permit #231021 Guest access Guests can access entire home and outdoor space. The property is gated and private. Shed outside will be locked and inaccessible. NOTE: The home and surrounding areas are not wheelchair accessible. Other things to note Wooded surroundings are home to wildlife so it is recommended that small pets be kept indoors at night. We recommend keeping gates closed once you are parked and occupied, there are neighborhood dogs around who are friendly but they make a mess of the property. The street has no sidewalk and is on a narrow hill, it is not recommended for children and/or young adults to be on the road unsupervised. This cabin sits in the middle of the woods. So even with detailed focus on keeping native bugs and an occasional spider from entering the home, you might find one from time to time in this property. We do our best to keep them to a minimum but just a heads up. Also, it is dusty and dirty outside and we would recommend removing your shoes when entering the home. Thanks! Please be advised outdoor burning including the fire pit are prohibited from April 30th - December 1st. We are sorry but this amenity is unavailable from these times and we ask that you do not burn or use the fire pit during these months of high fire risk. The fire department has been called in the past, and will fine and report us to the county for not following protocol. Also no fireworks of any kind including sparklers are allowed on the property. Thanks for keeping the mountains safe and following this guidance.
