The villa is surrounded by the vineyards & olive groves of the awarded Petrolo winery. Offers Wi-Fi, private surrounding garden, swimming pool and BBQ. Convenient central Tuscany! The opposite side of this house has a small independent apartment used by the owner. Garden and pool however remain for your private and exclusive use. The space This farmhouse seems made specifically to enjoy the slow pace of unaffected agricultural life for families or group of friends looking for quiet holidays immersed in the authentic Tuscan countryside with private swimming pool and vast garden area. Bòggina is one of the villas rented by the Petrolo winery. We are placed on the eastern flanks of the Chianti mountains, between Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Main places to visit in Tuscany are within 1 hour drive from us. We are an award winning winery dedicated to the production of quality wines. You would be more than welcome to come and visit our cellars for a nice wine tour! I'd suggest to you scenic walks or bike tours among the local vineyards, olive groves and the medieval watchtower of Galatrona. Petrolo has other few farmhouses to let for quiet & relaxing holidays. Plenty of private car parking space. A nice secondary quiet road connects house Bòggina with the local village of Mercatale Valdarno 600 mt away. The road continues uphill winding through olive groves and vineyards to the medieval parish church of Galatrona and to the Petrolo winery's cellar and reception. After a short walk you'll get to the local wood paths for enjoyable hikes in the hills surrounding the house. Nice restaurants can be found within a few kilometers from us. Show ID or passport upon arrival. PRIVATE POOL: closed October to April included. Pool is 4,5x9,5m wide, 1,7m deep WINTER HEATING not included. On Consume 4,5€/m3 of LPG. About 30-60 € per day. CITY TAX: 2 €/adult per night, max 8€/adult. Children under 12 don't pay. Please hand your ID or passport for check-in on arrival. CRIB & HIGHCHAIR: for children 0-3 Years old. Available upon request, 30€. Extra Bed if possible: 70 € per week. PETS: are welcome but we do ask a little fee for the extra cleaning of the house of 50 euro. Just bare in mind the house is isolated and with large garden but not fenced. Pets can run away if they are not used staying with you. No pets allowed in the pool water.
