Guests are required to provide their email address so that our office, which is licensed, can provide information that is required by the State of Colorado. Access information WILL NOT be provided by Air BnB (even though they send automated messages to that effect). All access information will be provided directly by our office. Firearms are prohibited outside of the guest's locked vehicle. No trailers will be permitted on the property without written prior approval. Events such as weddings and loud gatherings are specifically prohibited by Chaffee County. Small intimate groups of 10 or less are welcome as long as they respect the neighbors and the neighborhood.
