Large windows overlook the tree-lined street of this quiet neighborhood near downtown Fort Collins. Inside, the mid-century décor feels both opulent and cozy. Furnished with either a King Bed or Two XL Single Beds (Standard Configuration is King Bed unless otherwise indicated) and walk-in shower, the spacious studio accommodates two comfortably and can accommodate a roll away bed for an additional guest. The full kitchen and dining area make it a fun and convenient base for both business travel and family vacation. OLD TOWN NEIGHBORHOOD The truth is that not every neighborhood or street in Fort Collins is created equal. Don’t sacrifice peace of mind to stay “in” downtown. We’re easy walking distance to everything you’ll want to do but far enough that you can escape the noise and dangers of busy main-street life. 7. MANY HAVE BIKES...WE HAVE REALLY COOL BIKES We proudly boast a collection of nine vintage New Belgium Cruiser bikes which are available exclusively for our guests. With one per guest, you’ll find them a perfect way to explore Old Town and the nearby breweries; just notify us in advance if you wish to enjoy cruising and we’ll send you the 411! 8. WHAT WE’RE NOT If what you want is a 24/7 full-service hotel or generic Airbnb with all the advantages and disadvantages that they hold, that’s great! We are not typical, traditional, or ordinary.
