Welcome to the Sea turtle room in our home- a peaceful and convenient place to stay in Dallas! Our 110-year-old home is special because it is located only a ten-minute walk away from a charming downtown and within driving distance to some of the best coastlines, wineries, farmer's markets, and hiking that Oregon has to offer. We are happy to invite you to be our guest! Each booking will have a weekly or monthly discount automatically applied to the price depending on the length of the stay. The space This room is on the second floor. Your private bathroom is next to your room, both on the second floor. The first floor has a living room that is shared by hosts and guests. We have two dogs, Bruno and Miles, who spend most of their time outside. Bruno comes inside during the evening, however. Bruno is very friendly and will be very happy to see you! Guest access Guests have access to their private room, their private bathroom, and living room. We do not offer use of the kitchen in order to keep our prices reasonable and maintain the quality of our service. Other things to note 1. The bedroom is on the second floor and your private bathroom is next to your room. 2. Please remove your shoes before entering the house! There is a shoe rack in the doorway and a shoe tray outside the front door. 3. Please make sure any shared areas stay clean after use for other guests. 4. Please do not use the office area, this space is the host's private area. ▲ Animal Safety Alert: Our dog is very good with people, but he is very aggressive toward other animals. He has injured other dogs before and will fight other dogs in his territory, which is a danger to anybody intervening as well as the animals involved. Because our entrance and living room are shared spaces with ourselves (and our dog) and other guests, having other animals on the property is a safety hazard both to our dog, ourselves, and the other animals. This is why we are unable to allow any animals on the property. Violating this rule would violate Airbnbs policy on maintaining a safe environment, and Airbnb explicitly mentions on their website that hosts are not required to accommodate unreasonable or unattainable requests.
