You can discover the city of Lisbon on the famous tram 28, which stops 50 meters from the apartment. The space This apartment is perfect for groups or families. Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Only the laundry area is shared with guests from the neighboring apartment. Depending on the number of guests, access to all bedrooms may be limited for bookings of fewer than 3 people, for logistical reasons and to optimize cleaning and maintenance costs, according to our guests’ needs. Other things to note To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and neighbors, our apartment has a strict no-party policy. Parties, loud gatherings, or any activities that may disturb the peace of the area are not allowed. If this rule is violated, we reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately and ask guests to leave without any refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment for everyone. To stay in our apartment, it is mandatory for all guests to complete a form with their passport details. This is a legal requirement in Portugal for the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF), which regulates the registration of guests in the country. We kindly ask that you complete the form before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process in compliance with local regulations. We would like to inform you that we have installed a noise decibel monitor in our common areas. Please note that this monitor does not register or capture any spoken words; it is solely designed to measure decibel levels. To ensure the proper functioning of the equipment, everyone’s comfort, and responsible energy use, we kindly ask that the air conditioning be set between 19°C and 23°C, avoiding extremely high or extremely low temperatures, as this may damage the appliances and the electrical system.
