Directly across the road from the beach/beach access, this one bed/ one bath villa has everything a family would need for a relaxing summer vacation. The space The large balcony with outdoor furniture is the ideal place to relax and sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean. A fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge, stove and microwave, all cooking utensils and dinnerware supplied. One queen bed in the bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Sleeps 4. This condo is located at the Villas (part of the Bluewater Resort oceanfront resort). Guests have access to all of the Bluewater Resorts amenities during their stay. The Villas have their own pool and hot tub area in front of the building or guests can feel free to head over to the main tower and use the multiple pools and amenities located there. Guest access Bluewater resort is an oceanfront complex with individually owned condominiums. This means, as our guests, you have access to all the resorts amenities. This includes free secured parking, free resort wi-fi, multiple pools (indoor and outdoor, from 2ft to 8ft deep), hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), sauna, gym, game room and onsite restaurant/bar and a summer tiki bar. This is an oceanfront building therefore beach access is only steps away. Other things to note All Linens and bath towels are provided with this rental unit. This unit is professionally cleaned, and all linens are commercially laundered after each stay. Virtual check-in process with unique door code emailed to guest prior to arrival. There is NO front desk checkin. This is an individually owned unit and not a hotel room. We are unable to provide daily maid service or replenish towels during your stay. Your room will have one bath towel per person. We do not provide beach towels – so please bring your own. There is an onsite, coin operated laundry room on-site. On the 2nd floor next to the elevator. Also a large one over at the main building on the ground floor. There is also a change machine. We do provide a basic starter kit of necessities for your stay (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 x shampoo/conditioner/soap personal size, 1 container of hand soap per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 5 trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish detergent, dish towels and wash rags.
