Located in one of the most popular neighborhoods in downtown Aix-en-Provence, less than a 10-minute walk from its historic center with its iconic squares and picturesque alleys, Villa Rosa is a fully renovated and carefully decorated property. With multiple spaces, it is perfectly suited for families! The space The main house, offering all the necessary comforts, consists of a spacious entrance overlooking a large reception room including a living/dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen. This room opens directly to a terrace where you can relax and eat. Behind beautiful French doors, you'll discover a media room equipped with a video projector and a sofa bed (140/200), which can easily turn into a bedroom. In addition, the ground floor has a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs you will find two single bedrooms for children and one double bedroom (Sofa bed 160/200) that share a bathroom with separate toilet. You can also enjoy a master suite bathed in light, with its own private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden and the surrounding hill. Under the loaders, on the second floor, is a large dormitory with two single beds and a shower room with toilet. The pool house, located on the garden level with large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the exteriors, the terrace and the pool, is a real outbuilding equipped with an open kitchen, a sofa bed (140/200) and a private bathroom. The apartment, with a separate entrance and a private garden, is a charming two-room apartment with an equipped kitchen open to a living room and a double bedroom with shower room. The restanque garden offers several areas for relaxing, dining and enjoying leisure amenities such as the swimming pool, sunbeds, ping pong table, giant trampoline, chicken coop and vegetable garden. Villa Rosa is perfectly located for discovering Provence during your holidays for families or with friends. The start and end of stay cleaning is included, but the tourist tax is collected extra. In short, Villa Rosa is an exceptional property, tastefully renovated and offering high standard comfort, in a privileged area of Aix-en-Provence. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a studio in the back of the unit with its independent access which is rented to a student year-round. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we have established the following rules: Guests must respect the property and neighbors: We ask our guests to respect our property as well as neighbors by avoiding excessive noise and harmful behavior. No parties or events: We don't allow parties or events in our home. We want our guests to feel at home, but we also ask that they respect the tranquility of our neighborhood. No smoking: Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the house. Guests can smoke outside the house but need to properly dispose of cigarette butts. Pets: We do not allow pets in the house.
