Plan a day trip to one of the many theme parks like LEGOLAND (35 min) or you can stay right at home and play at the pool or cook on the grill. This home provides a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, pressure cookers, rice cookers, pans, coffee makers with coffee, tea kettle, blender, bread toaster, cooking seasoning, and salt. We provide Wi-Fi, a workspace, free parking, central air conditioning and heating, a ceiling fan, a hair dryer, shampoo, towels, pool towels, and in-home laundry with an iron board and washcloths. For entertainment and relaxation, there is a smart TV in all rooms equipped with Netflix (please note we do not have any cable). -Parking: It has parking all along the driveway and you can also park in the green area to the right of the driveway. B -Sorry, no furry friends. -While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are not allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood, and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM every day. If you need a home where you can party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors or guesthouse guests. -Please notice early check-in or late check-out are not available -IMPORTANT INFORMATION * We have security cameras on the front and rear of the property for the protection of our guests as well as the protection of our properties. These cameras cover the front entryway, the driveway side yard, and the backyard. There are no cameras inside. Guest access In case you need a lot of space for parking, you can have the area indicated in the photo. Please, there is an area highlighted in the photo where you should not access as it is a service area and where solar panels for the pool are installed. This service area is monitored by security cameras.
