Completely private, on a quiet street, with its own separate entrance, however noise can travel between the properties. SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVES: - Our home is electrified with a solar-powered battery and panels, so (as long as tenants do not leave heaters etc on over-night or when they are out), it is 100% sustainably solar-powered. All provided amenities and cleaning products used are environmentally responsible, bio-degradable, and free from harsh chemicals. The passive design of the building, utilises: building orientation, high-performance insulation, glazing, and airtightness to maintain comfortable temperatures naturally. The house is built with CLT (cross-laminated timber) which is considered a leading sustainable building material because it acts as a carbon sink, significantly reduces embodied carbon compared to concrete and steel, and is manufactured from renewable resources.
