Welcome to Charmant Retreat, Charmant means charming in German. Charming it is, the retreat was built in 1970. Charming sits on 1-1/2 private acres and walking distance to downtown Helen. The city park is close by for the kids to enjoy. 8 guests are welcomed to enjoy the hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, granite counter tops, game room with pool table, TV's through out the whole house. Master, king bedroom with fireplace, sitting area and balcony. We have plenty of outdoor seating including an outdoor swing and chairs to enjoy at the entrance when you walk up! Several chairs on the gazebo/ Shed we say in the south . we have a hot tub to enjoy after a long hike , By The Way across from charmings drive way is the unicoi’s 5 mile hike. Fire-pit to enjoy and the owners supply complimentary fire wood for your convenience! The kitchen is fully stocked and you can stand in the window while cooking and watch the kids playing in the big back yard !! Please enjoy the complimentary snacks and water ! We have a sitting area in the house for reading and a children’s area next to it for sitting and reading. A play and entertainment room with a pool table, sofa bed ,games and TV ! Charming has 2 fireplaces! One in the Master and one in the living room . 3 Full Bathrooms! 1 downstairs for the extra guest that use the 2 sofa couches! and 2 full bathrooms upstairs! charming was built 30 plus years ago, so the owners left original wood floors and many other things throughout the house for you to enjoy ! There is a hiking trail within walking distance that will take you to Unicoi State Park, and you are only a few blocks from downtown Helen. You can walk to all the attractions in downtown Helen.
