From the pool, hot-tub, luxurious lounges, outdoor sitting and dining areas, indoor and outdoor recreation activities to the tranquil inside there is finally a place where you can spend time together and share the good times that become treasured memories year after year. The space Inside the home, we have an inviting living and dining area. The kitchen is well-outfitted with the necessary tools for the chef in the group. With Wolf, Mielle, and Sub-Zero appliances, the kitchen is a delight to use for those tasked with feeding the group. There is counter seating for those who wish to lend a hand or just chat with the chef. Enjoy your meals in the dining area indoors or in the outdoor covered dining area tucked right next to the pool. The bedrooms provide the perfect place to rest your head at the end of the day. The king-size master bedroom features a beautiful pool view. A barn door slides open into the double sink vanity overlooking the pool and tropical yard. The second bedroom features a writing desk and two queen beds. The house-themed bunk bed with trundle will have your kids fighting for who gets the top bunk of the third bedroom that also features a queen bed. We invite you to enjoy what our game room has to offer. Wind down from the day and watch your favorite films, or let the fun continue as you face off in friendly competition playing a game of Foosball, enjoying one of the many classic arcade games (Pac-man, Ms.Pac-man, Donkey Kong, Galaga, 1942, and others), or gather to play a variety of video games on the PS4, or board games. Enjoy our many possible outdoor activities or lounge by the pool in our incredibly comfortable chaises. Take a rejuvenating swim, relax in the hot-tub, or simply dip your toes in the pool. If activity is not what you need, get comfortable in our large sectional next to the fire pit, and grab a book in one hand as you feel completely carefree. If a nap is what you need, head over to the hammock, put yourself in and snooze. For the more active in your group, the many other options include playing a fun game of table tennis, corn-hole on the lawn, pool basketball, or even pool volleyball. For the grill master in your group, a Traeger as well as a large gas Weber grill is available to use. This home holds a special place in our family's heart and we want to share it with you. The home is also only 5 miles away from Coast Village Road in Montecito, where you can enjoy one-of-a-kind pastries, breakfast or lunch at Renaulds Patisserie, or dine in one of the many restaurants for dinner such as Luckys, Honor Bar, or LOCAL Montecito, just to name a few.
