Refunds will not be given to guests who do not receive check in information or door codes due to the required information not being completed. Security Deposit Hold: Guests must put a credit card on file for the security deposit hold which will be placed on your card 3 days prior to arrival. The hold amount varies by property and is shown during checkout. Check-in instructions are sent once the hold is successfully processed. Contactless Check-In: Your door code and arrival instructions will be emailed 3 days before arrival once all required documents are submitted.
