The space Entering via the ground floor, you will find a handy area to kick off muddy boots and hang coats. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a meal with a large cooker and fridge freezer. Just off the kitchen is the spacious, formal dining area. Snuggle up on the sofas in the living room and watch a film on the wall mounted flat screen TV. Completing the first floor is a wet room with shower and WC, and a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Heading up to the first floor, you will find two of the four luxury bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom is a large Super king bed which can be split into 2 singles upon request at time of booking. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. On the top floor, you will find the master bedroom, again with a large Super King bed which can be split into 2 singles upon request, and a second King bedroom. Completing the top floor is a bathroom with walk in shower and WC. There are no garden or patio areas at Arran Villas. One parking permit is provided for the nearby car park.
