From our family to yours. Located in the heart of Fleming Island, Rustic Owl was designed and appointed with extended family in mind. We wanted a space for families to visit, relax and enjoy each other.... while being comfortable. This gem offers comfy beds, smart TVs, an open floor plan, laundry facilities, upgrades throughout and with inviting outdoor spaces that overlook a rustic nature preserve. Super clean, Super Fast Wifi and well appointed amenities. Bedrooms: The Master bedroom has a king bed and its own luxury bath with spa shower and garden tub. The sofa in this room converts to a floor California King and is so much comfier than a traditional sofa bed. This bedroom is big enough to place both the porta crib or roll away cot and still have room to pass thru. This bedroom is off the living room and overlooks the preserve and outdoor space. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and shares a hall bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms have smart TVs. You will find a porta crib & roll away cot in a bedroom closet. Kitchen: New cabinets with quartz countertops, new appliances with both Keurig and a standard coffee pot. Large closet pantry with a few staples to get you started for your stay. The breakfast table has a butterfly leaf and will seat 6 comfortably. The counter height peninsula has two bar stools. The kitchen overlooks the living room. Living Room: The living room has a queen sofa bed and two recliners and 55" Smart TV. The whole Kitchen, Breakfast nook and Living Room areas overlook the Rustic Preserve. Fireplace has battery operated twinkle lights with remote. Fireplace is not to be used for real fires. We hope you will enjoy the firepit located outdoors. Outdoor Spaces: There is a 8' x 20' screened lanai that leads to the backyard that is landscaped with an outdoor fire pit and small grassy area. You will also find a gas grill available for your use. Garage: The garage is not available for tenant use. Maintenance and cleaners will periodically need to access the garage, but will not need to disturb you. Exterior Noise Monitors: There are exterior noise monitors on this property to ensure our neighbors are not disturbed. With the exception of the Garage and Storage closet, you will have access to the entire home. We are available at any time to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. You may reach us by messenger, phone or text. Our property is located in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks and parks near by. You will typically see residents biking, running, walking in the neighborhood. Whitey's Fish Camp is less than a mile's walk. You will also find it a a quick zip to: Fresh Market, Starbucks, Kohls, Wal-mart, Target, Winn-Dixie, Publix and a slew of other restaurants. Please see our guidebook for more details on restaurants. Two golf courses nearby. Boat ramps located at Whitey's and the public dock at the end of Lakeshore. Boat parking is not available at the the property. Although you can walk to a few areas, you will want a vehicle or uber/lyft to get to most places. Driveway will fit 4 mid-size cars snugly. Guests will not have access to garage. Owner, Property Manager and Cleaning staff may need to access garage during your stay, but they will not need to disturb you. Self Check In: Check Out Procedures: Place dishes in dishwasher and Start the Cycle. Remove sheets from Sofa Bed, Cots & Porta crib. Place ALL trash in bags in outdoor bins. Press Check Out Button on Door to alert cleaners they may get started. Travel Safely!
