With over 2700 square feet, this house is perfect for 2-3 families and sleeps 12 comfortably. You'll love the gorgeous views from both the furnished front deck, and the more private back deck on a canal. The spacious living area has lovely coastal decor and comfortable seating, and a large screen TV for those movie nights. This is open to a dining area and large kitchen. You'll find all the cookware, appliances, and prep space you need to cook and serve meals for your whole group, as well as plenty of seating at the granite island. You'll also like the convenient washer and dryer on the premises. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a lovely ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two also has one king; bedroom three features a queen and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom. The final bedroom is a perfect separate space for the kids! There is a queen bed and 3 futons - providing a seating area by day and extra sleeping accommodations at night. The room also has a table for games. All bedrooms have TVs, and the house is equipped with high speed internet for your devices and streaming convenience. In addition to two upstairs decks, there is a terrific entertaining area downstairs. Enjoy the built-in bar with stools and extra seating, a charcoal grill, and a picnic table.
