Welcome to my apartment! This modern and tastefully decorated property is located near top attractions in Seixal, such as Parque da Quinta dos Francese. With an open floor plan, the living room boasts a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV for streaming your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. There is also a private balcony for lounging and enjoying the fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The bedrooms feature a queen, king, and two single beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom is equipped with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire apartment! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Seixal is a charming city in the Setúbal district of Portugal, situated on the south bank of the Tagus River. It offers a mix of historic and modern attractions, including the Seixal Bay Natural Reserve, the Fluvial Beach, and the Cultural Center of Seixal. The area also has plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The nearest train station is just a short distance away, making exploring Lisbon. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Seixal station is just a 10-minute walk. Lisbon Portela Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-ins with a greeter after 22:00 have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00 EUR 30. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
