With more than 215 feet of scenic frontage and unmatched privacy, this charming getaway offers a true Northwoods experience while being just a short drive from St. Germain, Eagle River, and Minocqua. Unwind on the spacious wrap-around deck or gather around the firepit for s’mores and storytelling The space This three-bedroom, two-bath vacation home offers all the comforts of home, featuring a newly updated, fully equipped kitchen that's perfect for preparing meals with a view. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the indoor dining table or step into the screened-in three-season room to enjoy your meal while surrounded by nature. The main level features a spacious living room with a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a large TV—ideal for family movie nights. The primary bedroom features a King-size bed and a Twin-size sleeper chair, providing ample space to unwind. Downstairs, the rec room is designed for entertainment, making rainy days just as enjoyable. This fun-filled space features a TV, pool table, pinball machine, gas fireplace, and a bar-height table—perfect for board games or cards. The lower level also features a full bathroom and two additional bedrooms—one with a Queen-size bed and the other with a Twin-size bunk bed and an additional Twin-size bed. Guest access *Guests have use of the entire house, except for any rooms that are locked off. *Please be respectful of any neighbors to the property. *There is a rowboat and a paddle boat available for use during your stay. *There are 9 outdoor chairs and a picnic table. Other things to note *We, sadly, are unable to provide towels. Please plan to bring your own! *We provide all bed linens, two backup rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom, one roll of paper towel, a small bottle of dish soap, one small bar of hand soap at each sink, and two (total) trash can liners per container. *Spices and condiments are not provided. *Firewood is not provided for your stay. Please plan on purchasing some in the area for your reservation. If there is any firewood left near your firepit you are welcome to use it! There are local vendors that sell bundles of firewood. *Please do not transport firewood from town to town to prevent any spread of invasive pests. *
