House with pool in the middle of the Bay of Authie

Large house with swimming pool and jacuzzi, accommodating 10 people with an amazing view of the Bay of Authie. It has 5 beautiful bedrooms with one bathroom per bedroom. A large pond, a games room in the basement with billiards and bar. TV with Orange channel, Netflix, Canal + (...) Swimming pool open from June until September. The space On the ground floor: A large living room and equipped kitchen (view of the garden and the bay of Authie), 1 bedroom with its bathroom. 1st floor: 4 beautiful bedrooms with their own bathroom. In the basement: Large games room with billiards and bar, direct access to the indoor pool. Exterior: A large garden, terrace with outdoor table and views of the Bay of Authie, jacuzzi and a large pond. The house is fully reserved for tenants, you have the whole place to yourself. Other things to note There is no bed linen provided but it can be requested as an option (€20 per double bed) to be paid upon your arrival in cash. Cleaning fees include maintenance of the exteriors, swimming pool, jacuzzi, cleaning of the house (...). A security deposit of €500 will be required from tenants upon arrival. We do not check in after 6:30 p.m.
