Welcome to Lookout Mountain Lodge, a newly renovated 4 bedroom/3 bathroom mountain home with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains! This home is conveniently located less than 3 miles from the entrance to Pisgah National Forest, 7 miles to Brevard, 20 minutes to Dupont State Forest, 24 minutes to Hendersonville, and 35 minutes to both Asheville and Biltmore Estate. This peaceful home is ideal for families and adventurers looking to enjoy all that Western North Carolina has to offer. The space In the area surrounding Lookout Mountain Lodge, enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, tubing, shopping, and eating at one of the many local restaurants. Don’t forget to visit Pisgah Coffee Roasters (less than ½ mile from home) and one of the many local breweries (including Ecusta Brewing, Oskar Blues, Mills River Brewing, Burning Blush Brewery, and Bold Rock Cider). Upon arrival to this home, the front entrance leads into an open living and dining area with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling picture windows for beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Sliding door access leads you to the deck with many levels, including a gas grill on the top-level deck and a fire table on the second-level deck. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes and cookware needed during your stay, as well as complimentary Pisgah Coffee Roasters coffee. On the main floor, the primary bedroom contains a KING bed and TV and has easy access to the full bathroom in the hallway. Upstairs, the second bedroom contains a DOUBLE over DOUBLE bunk bed with an additional DOUBLE pullout trundle underneath. The third bedroom is also located upstairs and contains a KING bed. Both upstairs bedrooms have easy access to a shared full bathroom in the hallway. On the basement level, the fourth bedroom contains a QUEEN bed and a TWIN bed and has access to a full bathroom also located on the basement level. The basement contains a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, basic dishware, and table for four. On this level, you will also find a pool table, dartboard, games, electronic piano, living area with TV, and sliding door access to the back patio and backyard with fire pit. The attached garage contains a ping pong table, basic fishing supplies, and a metal detector. The patio outside of the basement area has river tubes for floating and a mountain biking servicing station. For the adventurous, walk through the extra parking area to the *steep/strenuous* short trail that leads to a flat clearing and moderate trail. *Pack N Play, Mini Crib, and Bed Rail are also available Guest access The entire house and 2.2-acre property are available for use.
