It is located near everything and also in a prime location in the community at the end of a culdesac with only one neighbor. Right next to a fabulous walking trail this home boasts 3 bedrooms, one being an office. The split bedroom floor plan is great for guests or for sharing. Walk up to the home into a front private courtyard. Enter the home into a great room and open concept kitchen with a breakfast room. The large living space seats family and friends and has a large screen tv. One side of the home is the grand master king suite with a walk in shower, double sinks and a walk in closet. The other side of the home has 2 bedrooms, one doubles as an office with a sleeping futon and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. Outside in the private backyard is a grill, soothing fountain and dining. There is a great service bar for entertaining. Super private and super large backyard with is Northeast facing perfect for morning coffee and evening shade. Dog Friendly. $10 per night dog fee. Maximum 1 dog.
