The space These 3 private acres abut a 200 acre neighboring piece, so although there is another rental yurt unit on the property, it is still very quiet and private. Downtown Floyd is 20 minutes, and Virginia Tech is 30. The yurt has yet another yurt attached to it that is also yours alone, and the space in total sleeps 8 easily and comfortably. There is one bathroom, with a lovely custom-shower and toilet with a bidet. The space stays warm with a heat pump and propane wall heaters.
